Lists every artifact the agent has produced in this project — charts, documents, generated files — newest first.
The response carries metadata only. To actually show or download one, mint a URL with Get a presigned URL.
Project-scoped, not user-scoped. An API key carries no user, so this returns every artifact in the project. Filtering to what a given end user may see is your responsibility.
data_appartifacts are excluded.
